# Configuring Connection Settings

This guide will walk you through the process of configuring connection settings in Jira.

Before enabling **"Publish an Internal Comment to Jira Issue"** or "**Push Attachments from Zoho to Jira"** feature, you must first ensure that **Enable** **Auto Sync** is enabled in the Zoho Desk Companion App. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Upgrade to the latest version of the Companion App.
2. Go to the **Preferences** page in the Zoho Desk Companion App.
3. Click on **Enable Auto Sync**.

Once Enable Auto Sync setting is enabled, proceed to Jira to update the connection settings.
