Configuring Connection Settings

This guide will walk you through the process of configuring connection settings in Jira.

Before enabling "Publish an Internal Comment to Jira Issue" or "Push Attachments from Zoho to Jira" feature, you must first ensure that Enable Auto Sync is enabled in the Zoho Desk Companion App. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Upgrade to the latest version of the Companion App.

  2. Go to the Preferences page in the Zoho Desk Companion App.

  3. Click on Enable Auto Sync.

Once Enable Auto Sync setting is enabled, proceed to Jira to update the connection settings.
