This feature allows administrators to control which bound Jira projects are available when users access the "Create Jira Issue" screen in Zoho. You can choose to show:

  • All bound projects, or

  • Only allow specific projects

1. Configure Jira Extension for Zoho Desk

Make sure that Connection is configured as per page

2. Ensure that you are on the latest version of the Jira Extension for Zoho Desk

Navigate to the Jira Extension for Zoho Desk app in the Marketplace. Check if the Update button is visible in the top right corner. If the button is not present, you are already on the latest version. If the button is available, proceed to update to the latest version.

3. Configure Create Jira Issue Settings

You’ll see two options under "Create Jira Issue Settings":

  • Allow all projects: When selected, all Jira projects that have been bound will be shown in the "Create Jira Issue" screen.

  • Only allow specific projects: When selected, you can manually choose which Jira projects should appear in the "Create Jira Issue" screen.

4. Select Specific Projects (if applicable)

If you chose "Only allow specific projects":

  • A dropdown list of all currently bound Jira projects will appear.

  • Use the dropdown to select one or more projects to allow for the "Create Jira Issue" screen.
