By default, all Confluence users can see macros. However, administrators can restrict access to specific groups by enabling the "Limit User Groups that can access this connection" option and configuring authorized Confluence groups to view Asana Macros.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to Manage apps > Asana Integration for Confluence, click Configure.

In the Configure Page, toggle Limit User Groups that can access this connection

Click on Limit User Groups to add Confluence group.

Search desired group from the Groups dropdown menu.

Click Add Group to add the group to the authorized access list.

Click Save to apply the changes.
