Overview

Zoho Desk for Jira provides the following feature:

  • Seamless Bidirectional Sync (Zoho Desk companion app is coming soon!) Automatic bidirectional synchronization to keep all issues and tickets updated. Note: Automatic Pull from Zoho only works once you have the companion app installed.

  • Connect to multiple Zoho Organisations This feature enables efficient handling of multiple Zoho Desk setups within a single Jira instance.
