# Stripe for Jira in JSM Issues

Please make sure you have a Stripe connection. Otherwise, ask your admin to [Configure Stripe Connection](/atlassian-cloud/stripe-for-jira-service-management/administrator-guide/configure-stripe-connection.md)

When an agent views a Jira Service Management (JSM) issue, they will see the matching Stripe Customer on the right sidebar panel.

The add on will attempt to match Stripe Customers based on the reporter email. The associated subscriptions, payments, and invoices will also be shown.
